"Now I understand why I've heard such bad reviews about this particular State Farm location. I had insurance with someone else for a long time but their price was astronomical. I called to get a price quote from JODI at state farm. It was two cars for the price of what I paid for one at the other place. I told her I would be selling my one car soon and she told me my payment would be HALF OF THAT after I drop the other car. This is why i went with them. The price was perfect. (At least that's what I was told by JODI.) I got my bill after selling the car and it wasn't half. It was double what she told me it would be. I called JODI and after I told her this she said, "Is there anything else I can do for you, I have a customer coming in." She was so rude!!!! I told her yes, you can give me the price you quoted me. SHE HAD ZERO INTEREST IN HELPING ME. Anyone thinking about switching to this State Farm location needs to think twice. I wish I had listened to what people told me. I'll be looking else where. "Well here we are a year later and I'd have to say they were good until you need them then it's anyway to stick it too you so my wife was hit while putting air in her tires. Turns out that we've gotta pay our deductible to get our car fixed which I'm lost on. But leave it up to state farm to give it too ya imo very bad business I highly suggest goin someplace else"
